Calling all movie lovers! It’s time to add the Sun & Stars International Film Festival (SASIFF) to your calendar for February 28th – March 10th, 2024, in various Palm Beach County locations.

We invite you to become part of our film-loving community as we work together to make the Festival’s second year a great success. Join us in preparing a welcoming, engaging, and fun-filled experience. We’re looking for volunteers who enjoy going to the movies, love volunteering for a great cause, and are dedicated to supporting independent filmmaking.

Volunteer sign-up opens in September. The first step is completing the Volunteer Application. We assign volunteer responsibilities based on your answers, experience, and availability.

We need cordial and helpful email and phone correspondence skills, organizational skills, working knowledge of Word and Excel programs, and general office duties. Full-time and part-time Volunteer schedules will be available.

We will make every effort to align your assignment with your preferences and notify you of your Volunteer assignment in early December. Once you have accepted your assignment, the Volunteer onboarding process begins. You will visit the Festival locations, meet the team and become an effective, well-informed ambassador for this exciting addition to Palm Beach County’s cultural landscape. Your energy and enthusiasm will help fuel the Festival’s success!
